Refunds will only be provided for defective products if repair or replacement options are not available, and will be processed in the same manner as original mode of payment.

Product repair or exchange is limited to defects that are not caused by either product misuse or failure to follow care instructions; such returns must be accompanied by original receipt and have all the original tags & labels attached to the garment.

Discounted items are non-exchangeable or refundable.
